Sorry guys I didn't realize I installed i386 packages on a x86_64 installation of Lubuntu. Anyway I've just reinstalled them on a 32bit system and now everything works fine. I'm not experiencing any kind of errors and I'm free to move the dragged file wherever I want without causing anything weird
