Title:
Rendering issue: characters are printed on top of each other
To manage
It's good to know that Precise is not affected by this bug I reported
against Oneiric initially. Thanks for testing, Robert + Brian. Do bugs
in Oneiric not get fixed then?

Sorry, I seem to have misunderstood this: Brian seems to have only
stated that there is a fix available for this bug in /some/ Ubuntu
release, but this issue is still tagged and tracked for Oneiric.

Moritz, as this bug is not high-impact and may introduce several
regressions, Oneiric's version will not be updated. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates for more information

I tested this on Precise with evince version 3.3.90-0ubuntu2 and was
unable to recreate this bug with the pdf indicated when viewing it in
Print Preview.
** Changed in: evince (Ubuntu)
Status: New = Fix Released
** Also affects: evince (Ubuntu Oneiric)
Importance: Undecided
In evince 3.3.90 (on Precise) the document is rendered correctly in all cases,
both when opening and printing as pdf/PS.
