Yes. Both of my Dapper systems are up-to-date, too. If gedit does not

Finally fixed this on my end after reading through a few bugs.
Everyone seems to be suggesting that you remove the file .gtkrc-1.2-gnome2 and
that you paste some info into .gtkrc.mine.
The funny part is that looking in .gtkrc-1.2-gnome2 you will probably
see an incude line for .gtkrc.mine. So

uninstalled and some of the applets stoped working. when i installed
that package everything worked as expected. sorry for somewhat faulty
bug report.

There should be some way to set up network manager so that it does not
require a keyring password. I think that If someone logs in on my
laptop they should not be prompted again to get to a wireless network.

b) g-k has the option to no encrypt the passwords it stores.

Your network interface is probably not configured through network manager and
evolution thinks therefore you are offline.
I think this is more a problem with network manager than with evolution.

move this to network-manager.

On edgy with totem-gstreamer I tried to use the wvx files available at
http://www.wsa.soton.ac.uk/choosing-wsa/streaming-video/default.asp
There was no player known for this file. I have the necessary codecs for
windows media player, so browsing to /usr/bin/totem in firefox caused
totem to fire
