A correction to my previous post: It doesn't seem to be the animation

I have the same problem. Since I updated from edgy to feisty everytime I
want th change the logged in user, the computer stops responding.

- Login as user1
- Try to initiat change user from Screensaver or from Logout Button

On Feisty, at least one of these problems still exist. When you drag one
item from one section to another, the GUI looks like it is going to move
the item. The item is removed from the from-section but never appears in
the to-section. When you go back to the from-section, the item is still
there.
@ Sebastien: just tried under Ubuntu 7.04, using Evince version
0.8.1-0Ubuntu1 (feisty). It prints ok, under these versions of Ubuntu
and Evince I couldn't reproduce the bug anymore.

xset -dpms
If you're running beryl under xgl, you need to prefix both commands with
DISPLAY=:0

Regarding Sebastien's suggestion of adding an open anyway button. If
you put in such a button most users will just press it without regard to
the monologue text. So there would be no point having the monologue at
all - it would just be annoying.

Patching is easy if you understand how to use the command line for common
tasks. I suggest that you use the main help, that is Yelp, found on the main
bar in Ubuntu and from there navigate to Evo.. When you are more familiar with
the commandline then look at how to patch Evo..

I can add that the whole volume properties dialog is prone to lock up the

Just to clarify... I am using Kubuntu, not Ubuntu. I don't have yelp.

I reinstalled (for the third time now) and after a few days of use, it
once again started segfaulting. This time the *second* time I restarted
gdm from the command line in a virtual console. The first time it worked
fine. Any help? I really don't want to reinstall for a 4th time.

This works for vnc4server. It does not work for vncserver.
The following will fix the scrambled keys and also give you the gnome desktop
