On Ubuntu < 11.04, with or without compiz, I can swap windows in the
taskbar. Since 11.04, I can still do it when compiz is disabled, but
when it is on, dragging a window (from taskbar of course) is possible
but I can't drop it anymore.

My problem happens on 11.04 amd64, Unity desktop. I installed Skype
through "Software Center". At the beginning, everything goes well.
After a long time use (maybe 1 or 2 hours, actually it's not long on my
machine), Skype icon in notification area disappears, but the process
is still running.
Indeed, sometimes pulseaudio do not start at login (although it is set
up as one of the startup applications). If I run pulseaudio I can open
the sound preferences, but I cannot change the volume since the only
visible output is "Dummy output".

I found a workaround.
$ sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-help-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-common
libreoffice-l10n-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-en-za
$ sudo apt-get install libreoffice-help-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-common
libreoffice-l10n-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-en-za
Now the system wont try to remove the pack
