After a period of testing I can now definitely confirm that terminator
does NOT suffer from the issue. It is perfectly responsive even after

('Places') for remote locations (FTP, SMP, etc.) in the file dialog.

By following the steps provided I was able to reproduce this in Oneiric,
and Natty for that matter. Note that the + sign on the left has been
replaced by a triangle, but it still behaves like described above.
Someone should probably forward this to the nautilus developers.

Find out your icq account name:
mc-tool list | grep icq
mc-tool update account name bool:use-ssl=0
mc-tool update account name bool:use-clientlogin=0
