driver should be fixed to actually emit proper key events, then user

I have to apologize for my previous post. I didn't know that it is
possible to select the monitor (by monitor name) in the Launcher
placement. On my system I can only select Unknown or All displays
(Nvidia driver). So sure it makes sense to have this setting in the
Displays settings.

this is such an odd idea, since there's already an option for auto
locking in system settings-screen, why not use it, isn't it reasonable

I don't think I uninstalled anything. But it's still saying ((null)),
so I can do any gconf/dconf key-twiddling or other commands that you
need to figure out the problem.

Actually, there is no pre-defined location depending on the language selection
on the live session (Location is blank in the Time Date settings)
A solution would be to geolocate the user to set the timezone like Ubiquity
does.
