In #1562 I'm returning a 400 with `invalid-auth-data` when e.g. the
email provided is not valid (the value will describe the validation
error in detail); a 401 with `login-required` will be returned by other
unauthorised results (e.g. provided email/password is not correct.).

I tested gnome-disk-utility 3.18.3.1 on a Linux Mint MATE 18.0 32bit! and the
benchmark works now.

I haven't reproduced it so far in 16.10 developer preview. I agree with
Merlijn in comment #19 that when it did happen previously, it was
frequently related to some display crash or display refresh whgen system
was starting.

Same problem for me. It continues after new kernel 4.4.0.31 installed today.
I'm on nvidia geforce 610Ti with open source driver (nouveau) ... so it seems
to be independent of the GPU.
