Every night we setup 3 ubuntu 16.04 environments and we test our software on it.
This morning something weird caught my eye while debugging our software.
On 1 of the 3 machines I tried to search logging of the day before but I
could not find any.

I have the same bug. I noticed that when I hover around the top of the screen,
my mouse changes shape (I use VNC to connect to my Raspberry Pi). To be precise
- when in "captured" mode where I can click around my raspberry it is in shape
of a cross, while when hovering over a middle it

This bug occurs when I drag an existing terminal tab out of the tab bar
and drop it onto the text area of the open terminal. Usually occurs by
accident, to be honest (when I don't mean to drag the tab at all, for
instance) but it's 100% reproducible intentionally.

factory-subprocess and evolution-source-registry process are the highest
ranked in the system monitor, with 12% and 8% of CPU usage and a memory
usage of around 100MB.

titlebar menu or via a menu that could be opened from a "cog" symbol at
the right-hand top of its window (and for a while, via the right-click
menu if you right-clicked on whitespace instead of a file
I've just installed 16.04LTS and confirmed this problem still exists.
And there's no org.freedesktop.SystemToolsBackends.policy in
/usr/share/polkit-1/actions.
I tried to find related policy, but I couldn't.
Is there any workaround to fix this with polkit settings like
