Similar here. Copied 2 files (2gb each) internally from folder to folder then somehow nautilus crashed. 5min before I copied 3 files (à 2gb) nautilus seemed to behave normally. But unfortunately cannot reproduce this -> I restarted the PC and tried to copy the sames files again: all worked fine.
