Here's my trace. You can see the first launch takes around 2 seconds. Second run takes significantly less time. In both cases `/snap/gnome- calculator/406/bin/desktop-launch` is what takes most of the time during startup. Quick spec: - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz - Corsair Force MP510
