I'd really like to see this bug fixed. Oftentimes if you drag songs into
a playlist, it will end up getting out of order. (especially if you do a
drag selection) If sorting were implemented, you could simply click the
track column and be done with it, but instead you have to tediously

Every time:
1) open file
2) drag the slider to a point (say, 20 mins)
3) I get a very short (less than a second) bit of sound and then silence while
the time continues to increase, at normal speed, as if the track is playing.

I own a Canon PowerShot A85 camera and am using gthumb on Dapper.
I have taken some photos in Stitched mode. This keeps a bit of the
previous picture on the screen so that one can take multiple photos that
line up into one long photo.

Dapper-updates has been returning a zip error message since you asked
for this, but it seems fixed for me anyway. I'm using gnome-media

Fair enough. I didn't realise when I posted that I was missing system
and user sounds. I do repeat, however, that this is a confusing
situation for users.

Daniel is correct. I don't feel comfortable filling in any more of the

On one of my home machines this crash affects my wife's account but not
mine. Any application which uses GNOME file dialogs will crash when she
accesses a file dialog -- open or save. Observed with gnome, gaim, gimp,
openoffice.org. Workaround for the last one is to use OOO's
To clarify, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V does not work for me in Dapper. I'll test
that in Edgy when I upgrade.
