The delete button is disabled on all start up programs, for me,
including things like nm-applet, update-notifier and beagle.
My understanding is that it's not a dupe of bug 40207 as currently I
can't remove things even in the GUI.

When I try to reproduce this I can log back in as user aa or user
bb depending on the user name box? This is desired behaviour as you
probably want to join aa's session again.

If you could attach the output generated from running valgrind (see
