Can we have some action taken in order to fix this bug? It persists for
already long time. This bug has 100% reproducibility when Fractional
Scaling is enabled (for example 125%), during fullscreen mode,

If you enable fractional scaling, for example 125%, and play video in
fullscreen mode (youtube, vlc, gnome videos), application will constantly
resize. This makes fullscreen mode
How can be this issue be expected behavior? Can't you just disable
resizing for full screen applications when fractional scaling is
enabled?

Full screen videos suddenly change scale when using fractional scaling
Sounds pretty weird to me that lower performance in games is worse than
not rescaling UI. I think that most of us use Ubuntu to work and
everyday usage, not for games
