I have proposed enabled on 2 of my 3 test machines and I let cron handle
my updates a few times a day on each so it should.. I didnt see it on my
laptop only libmutter and checked my logs so maybe it hasnt hit
everywhere yet so I grabbed it off of bazzar and sent it to both
machines I have
The original report was for the empathy in Precise. If you are using
quantal do you still experience this issue?

Empathy is up to 3.4.2.3 in -proposed. Enable that repository
temporarily and upgrade empathy and see if you still have the same
issue. Then get new mission control logs and we can move from there.

This happens to me somewhat frequently. I have to kill all Empathy and
Telepathy tasks then restart Empathy to correct the issue.
