This package breaks "ark" rar
Per the kde bug report, this is a known issue
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93549) that has already
been fixed upstream.
Please backport the fix from here:

This bug seems to be present on Kubuntu 16.10 also.
Attempting to open a rar file gives "No suitable plugin found.
Ark does not seem to support this file type."

Version: 1.7-1
I have installed rar, unrar, p7zip-rar. I can extract files from
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
