The default shortcut for switching input source is Super+Space. The conflict is present if you set an alternative shortcut, and pick just Alt+Shift. Please note that alternative shortcuts for switching input source can be controlled from Tweaks (gnome-tweaks or gnome-tweak-tool). This is a
