OK, thanks. H.264 high profile sounds like something your hardware
supports.
For the moment I suggest using 'mpv', or if you need totem then use this
workaround to play it less efficiently:
sudo apt remove gstreamer1.0-vaapi
** Attachment removed: "totem"
