Bug 2050865 is the only unresolved hotplugging crash I can find in 24.04. I am not able to get any crash reports as there are none. Anyway, disabling the Ubuntu Dash makes the issue go away, so it is somehow in it's code. This happened again yesterday and today. I've attached the redacted journal from yesterday, but I don't spot any new info in it. I can see crashes from other programs last month in /var/crash but this crash didn't generate anything, nor did it trigger whoopsie. So that means the crash wasn't actually inside any other Javascript and it was in native C code. I have been running with Ubuntu Dash enabled for a week now and the issue hasn't happened again. When it was happening, it was frequent, so this is odd. It might just be that the crash last happened so long ago that /var/crash has been cleaned out already.
