declining the nominations those are used for blocker not for visual
issues which happens to some user, I've 3 columns by default on my
jaunty that likely depends of the themes installed, screen settings and
locale

Hrm, I'm unable to reproduce this in jaunty with gnome-control-center
1:2.25.90-0ubuntu2 in a vm with an 800x600 resolution; even when reducing it
640x480, it still results in three themes per row by default.
