The comment suggest the issue is not with nautilus itself, closing the
bug, if you still get a similar issue use ubuntu-bug to report it?

In a fresh install of Ubuntu Oneiric beta, bug does not occur anymore,
clicking on Properties well launches the Nautilus window with file
properties.

Nautilus crashes on clicking
I have the same problem in Ubuntu 11.10 alpha 2 and Nautilus 3 :
Each time I do a right click and select Properties on a file, not only
mp4, Nautilus freezes, no Properties window appears and I have to force
quit the program.
Some of the error messages I get when I run Nautilus from terminal :

packages and get a new backtrace? the one you attached is missing some
