I have the same problem in Ubuntu 11.10 alpha 2 and Nautilus 3 : Each time I do a right click and select Properties on a file, not only mp4, Nautilus freezes, no Properties window appears and I have to force quit the program. Some of the error messages I get when I run Nautilus from terminal :
