Due to various old references people have unknowingly been using anoncvs.gnome.org instead of SVN. To avoid this, anoncvs.gnome.org has been removed from the DNS[1]. Note: people who still require access to anoncvs should use the following hostname: anoncvs-i-know-i-should-use-svn.gnome.org Use
