I'm using a usb keyboard (microsoft wireless) and a usb remote control
for controlling my home cinema device (earlier a lenovo notebook, now a

I tried out the patch and it turned out not to work on my system for two
reasons:
1. The timeout of 1s is too fast. It takes around 7s on my system until
the key event comes in.
2. The patch only disables the power button. The same behavior can be
observed with suspend, hibern
