Since the move to po/LINGUAS, many GNOME 2.15 distfiles do not install
translation files. Some don't even include the files in the dist
tarball. The problem seems to stem from use of intltool-0.34.2 instead
of 0.34.90. The three most recent offenders are totem-1.5.0,
sound-juicer-2.15.2, and
