It's a badly (malconformant) constructed EDID. It doesn't list a
preferred mode, so it is assumed to be the first in its list of detailed
modes -- 1024x768. Just select 1280x1024 from display settings and it
will remember it henceforth.

Hey all
Here is a method to make symlinks, instead of copy the needed files:
$ sudo su -
# cd /usr/share/phatch/phatch
# for i in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PIL/*.*; do ln -s "$i" "${i##*/}";
done
After that command, you will get this information:
ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘__init
I do not know whether it is relevant, but attached is a test file that
triggers the crash.

When using gvfs-copy --preserve from a MTP device to local, the
timestamp is not preserved.
touch "localfile" --reference="MTP file" works ok.
I assume --preserve is not working.

I have same problem, The mic is very noisy, but in Win there is no problem with
mic.
it sounds like mic is boosted, I used alsamixer to set down the boost but noise
presist but with lower volume.

I'm not sure if the numbering should be stable or not, but it feels like
