KDE still 4.11.2 (despite there had been a few updates), Libreoffice is still

I didn't had problems with layout until upgrade to 13.10.
The default keyboard layout is abnt2 (br)/Português (Brasil) and I
have a second layout for Inglês (EUA)/English us_intl. Even with the
trayicon showing Pt, what I really get is us_intl layout. If I
select the already selected Português

I assume you are the package maintainer, thank you for your contributions to
debian. Also thank you for pointing out that the package can be deselected, it
