driver makes eON games crash

In ubuntu 16.04, I tried out the libcairo which ubuntu comes shipped
with and compiled FF47.0 myself, using the build-option --enable-system-
cairo.
After the change, it works: I can finally print https://www.dab-
bank.de/Service/Kontakt/ on my old Kyocera fs-1020d. Same for

Reporting the problem to Virtual Programming they said that the problem
is within the driver itself.

Same issue with GTX 980M on Ubuntu 16.04, even with latest NVIDIA
drivers (367.27).

As upstream mentioned, LO supports 3.20 but its a build time thing. We
could just copy LO to the ppa to achieve that.
