It's a good thing that the window title is always centred. In fact it
might look weird at lower resolutions if that wasn't true. The user
would notice the lack of symmetry.

applications (for example: Chromium and Nautilus), one of them in
workspace 1 and the other in workspace 2.

At the same time, my system got upgraded to use a 4.10 kernel (instead of a 4.8
kernel).
The effect: The lockups got worse:
- machine not pingable during the lockup,
- freeze for 2 hours or more; I decided to reboot.

I had to download the `flatpakref` file, then double click it via the
