Just recently upgraded to bionic, and after using it for a while I
mostly got used to it, but the one feature that keeps bothering me
painfully is the lack of the printscreen dialog. I understand the
initiative to adopt gnome standards, but this is introducing a big
inconvenience in comparison to
Identical symptoms, package version, distro version, also ALC298, also
tried windows, only difference is computer model (Lenovo T570).
Confirmed on two identical computers with identical setups. Sorry, don't
know how to generate a new report or add debug info.

additional or separate issue with DisplayLink and xorg-server > 1.19.6.
1.20+ doesn't work at all. A display plugged in prevents logging in, and
