debdiff applied. The change to hwdata-0.267/pnp.ids is missing, it
contains only changes to hwdata-0.267/pnp.ids.patch.
It doesn't fix the issue this way.

Is there any progress on the inclusion of postgress DB drivers to be in
the snap?
Perhaps someone can explain why it was left out in the first place
because it is a fatal error to deploying the snap in a universal
context.
