I'm attaching a patch that uses NSS_FIPS_DISABLED so
/proc/sys/crypto/fips_enabled won't be checked when NSS is not built in
FIPS mode (without --enable-fips).

yesterday i made two NTFS partition then i decided to make it ext4 i
copied all files from NTFS to desktop then made the partition ext4 and
then i transferred all the files copy pasting, it worked fine but now
this morning when i try to open the drives it says:

Expected result: it should open your bookmark in the same tab.
In Google Chrome/Opera it opens the wanted bookmark when I click on it.

I too have been facing this issue since a few releases, and still face
it on Ubuntu 19.10 (resolvconf not installed as it causes other issues):
# sudo rm /run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf.tmp
# sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager
# ls -la /etc/resolv.conf /run/systemd/resolve/

Searching online, I found this:
chrome://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling
By disabling this flag, Rhythmbox started working as usual with the
media keys.
