I reproduced in Windows with 6.0 so I change to All.
But no repro with new LO, so I'll close as WFM.
It's pointless and incorrect to report bug with such an old LO version.

Reopend ODT with 6.4 after editing
Now I have installed LO 6.4 via PPA:

I now still see a difference before saving and after reopening the doc again.
The frame around the 5 lines now is completely removed.

Mouse cursor lagging (or freezing) when moving over
Another correction. For the one workaround, switching to discrete
graphics in the BIOS only seemed to get past the initial gnome login.
But resuming from DPMS off/suspend, the same error loop happens even
when hybrid graphics is disabled in the BIOS.
Even worse, seems hardware acceleration ends
Here's the script I run to workaround the intital failure of gnome to
use the external display after unlocking or resuming from DPMS
suspend/off.
