* The wslu package is a set of settings and utilities to integrate
Ubuntu running in WSL to the host Windows 10 system. The wslu package is
shipped in the Ubuntu Microsoft Store apps

e.g. if there was a power outage during upgrades or install/remove steps. In
this case, it just randomly hit the appstream package.

A clean install is fine if I don't take updates. If I do take the
updates and reboot then I get heavy video corruption. This just started
today.
This is a dual boot system. The windows system has no issues. Appears
to be software and not a hardware issue.

Same here. After an update yesterday, my Lenovo T510 stopped working.
Boot to a eternal blinking cursor, no gfx mode. Uninstall the nvidia-340
switched to nouveau and gave the GUI back.
Nouveau works quite well, **UNFORTUNATELY** it does not support suspend mode,
which is a "must" on a laptop.
It seems another error in claws-mail, not related to the xdg-utils
vulnerability. Please file a separate bug against the claws-mail
package. I ran "xdg-email --attach test.txt evil-t...@mymedia.su" via
strace and had the following in the terminal.

Mouse and keyboard seems to be frozen and cant do anything without a

I'm getting something very similar. When editing text - mainly (perhaps always)
when selecting text the keyboard freezes for a short time. Resizing/moving the
window seems to recover this, but it recovers by itself after about 10 seconds.
This is with Libre Office text, geany and kate editors.
