I'm having a very similar issue. With 21.10
I noticed that the issue goes away, when I change the scale to 100%
(instead of 200%) on the secondary screen.
Main Screen (USB-C): 3440x1440, 100%
Secondary Screen (Built-In): 3840x2160: 200%
I'm having the issue with or without extensions.

I just upgraded my video card from an nVidia 2070 to an AMD 6900 and afterwards
Chromium will not display properly. The browser window opens, but it just has

This is a debdiff applicable for focal-security. This backports an
upstream fix for the regression introduced when fixing CVE-2021-37620. I
build it locally in pbuilder and it fixes the crash in gwenview as
expected.

For the benefit of others I had a similar problem with Kaffeine 2.0.18
on Lubuntu 20.04.3, no video with DVB-T broadcast and only audio
working. The upgrade to 21.0.3 broke a system that was stable for about
a year. Also Kaffeine will crash changing channels. Running Kaffeine
