Well, it may or may not be a bug in gnome-shell which implements the
dialog; but it is definitely not a bug in update-notifier which is not
involved in the communication between gnome-shell and systemd. It is
likely a bug in gnome-shell signalling the wrong thing to systemd in
this situation.

As far as I can say, the dialog itself works as intended. The bug is,
that the Ubuntu box is rebooting instead of turninging off.

The cause is that both libwacom2 and libwacom9 depend on libwacom-common
in the version identical to the libwacom(number) version.
I assume that you have libwacom2 and libwacom-common installed from a
previous Ubuntu release, or a older version in Jammy that meanwhile has
been superseded.

Hi Loïc Minier (lool), Thanks for the quick reply.
We have observed this issue with nvidia platform for now using the
nvidia gst-v4l2 decoder plugin pipeline.
Though seems same issue was reported and aknowledged by gstreamer maintainers
with fix provided in upstream gstreamer version 1.17.90.

lid. But for me everything works correctly - the laptop screen is no
longer part of the desktop.
