This is happening on main branch which has 43.0 version. There is no gnome-43
branch yet.

This is recent regression with reproduction rate 100%.
This is regression mutter-43, Ubuntu 22.04 works fine.

It should be for intel gpu based machines. For nvidia and amd we need to
wait until community will upstream corresponding part to nouveau and
