I found a solution. I turned off the "Locate Pointer" accessibility setting.
So SHIFT+CTRL+KEY does not work in xorg session if "Locate Pointer" is turned
on.

I tried with an external USB keyboard. Same issue.

I run a newly installed Ubuntu Hirsute.
Inside a "Ubuntu on Xorg"(GNOME) session i cannot use CTRL+SHIFT+KEY shortcut
normally.
If I press first CTRL, then SHIFT, then KEY everything works.
If I press SHIFT, then CTRL then KEY nothing happens.
On the Ubuntu (GNOME Wayland)
As stay-at-home request intensifies having screen-sharing capabilities
are becoming more important.

Generate video h264 file (however I get the same behavior for every file I
tested).

Selecting the option "Decoder VA-API throught DRM"
$ vlc test.mkv
