For me 'systemctl restart NetworkManager.service' fixes it until the next reboot - which is less than once a week, I only suspend the laptop. So my workaround is to run it as cron job after reboot: > sudo crontab -e add the line: @reboot sleep 10 && systemctl restart NetworkManager.service
