The headphone jack is not working. I have tried messing with pulseaudio
and alsamixer but I can't seem to get any sound through the jack. The
headphones do work, as I have used them on my phone and other computers.

I've completely reinstall Ubuntu for fresh start with out sooo many
programs gluddering my system and re-installed the offical
Nvidia-331-update this surely seems to be fixed sorry for the mistake
that i thought was a bug or slow down of Ubuntu 14.04

Well found the issue why the 3.13. kernel did not work for some
I Been testing some programs and drivers and so and found that fglrx-update
drivers package effects 3.13 and shows black screen when u install fglrx-update
it will go blank black screen and start up after Ubuntu screen pop ups and

when i Installed fglrx-updates drivers it back fired on me as in not able to
see the screen when i booted up the computer it showed Ubuntu booting screen a
