Public bug reported:
1. Start gnome-terminal, put it on secondary screen.
2. While gnome-terminal window is focused, change the current workspace (using
shortcut or launcher)
3. return to the workspace gnome-terminal was launched.
4. observe that gnome-terminal have jumped to primary screen.
