Public bug reported: This is similar to previously reported bugs (for instance Feisty from 2010). Ever since I updated to Ubuntu 19.10, I have intermittent problems with the media keys. I have, once, solved this changing keyboard settings, but after restarting Ubuntu, the problem returned.
