Confirmed in Mint 17 attempting to set up Exchange access using EWS
Server Type.
Seems this is a bug since 2012 - why is it so slow to be fixed?
Are there alternative ways to access Exchange 2010 server?

Yes the bug still exists in Saucy 13.10.

Title:
Lock screen assumes the language or last active
This also happens to me when trying to add my Google ACcount which is
configured to 2-Step Verification.
When I finish entering the code from my SMS, sometimes the window disappears
back to selection of account type to add, other times I get to click Verify
button, and then goes back to account
