I have appstream 0.9.4-1 installed and every time it is run (automatically, not by me) it spikes cpu to 100%. I cannot even purge and reinstall it, because it is run during the setup phase (to force a new index) which pegs the cpu. Is 0.9.4-1 supposed to be ~= 0.9.6 of upstream? -- You received

*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1579712 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1579712 I'm suffering the same issue. `sudo apt purge appstream` did not save me. Now it's locked at 100% cpu when I `sudo apt install appstream`. Won't finish setting up appstream 0.9.4-1, htop says the command
