I'm trying to scan foto negatives using this command (that used to work
in previous Ubuntu versions):
scanimage --device-name pixma:04A9190D --source "Transparency Unit"
--resolution "2400" --format "tiff" --mode Color -l 76 -x 66 >
test.tiff
But I get this error:
It seems everyone has a slightly different tracestack.
The error I receive seems to come from the patchdir.py file.

The `indicator-session-service` is slowly leaking memory, after a while
it has used up over 10 gigabytes of RAM and swap and the entire system
freezes.
I've reinstalled the entire OS, and even started using a new home
folder, but it's still happening.

Well, this still is an issue. Weirdly I've only started noticing this in
the past year or so.
