Hello I also had the same problem but the cause was the desktop I use
kubuntu 19.10 and obviously KDE desktop when installing came I saw the
suggestion to install an additional program for wine which allows its
configuration in gnome and when trying to install this program suggests
installing all the gnome desktop hahaha, solution? install krfb which is
for KDE and that's it.

  gnome-control-center for 18.04. But since Lubuntu does not include
