I got the same problem, I upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10. This bug issue. Using Lenovo X230. And very annoying. The system hang. Nothing response. And one thing is very strange, If I'm using a USB mouse. When I unplug the USB mouse, and Plug it again. It seems no power supply to the mouse(very strange, Lenove DOSE change a main board for me, But the same thing happen, so I think this is not cause by the main board).
