Public bug reported: Inkscape works well but there is a very annoying bug regarding the hints (tooltips) that pop up when moving the mouse over the icons. EXPECTED: A tooltip pops up and displays are human readable text that describes the functionality. CURRENT STATUS: An empty gray tooltip box
