I have the same problem. I use Ubuntu 12.04.
So I had Ubuntu installed and had the Google Calendar and Contacts. Then I
wanted to try the beta Version of 12.10 which didn't work out. That's why I
reinstalled Ubuntu 12.04 and kept my home partition. After reinstall I have
google contacts, but no google calendar and installing updates, rebooting and
whatsoever has no effect. I also allready deleted all evolution files I found
(in .local, .gconf, .config), but I probably didn't find all, 'cause after
starting evolution again my accounts where still there, but google calendar
didn't apear.

Title:
Google calendar type and contact list type missing

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

I just installed the Maverick Meerkat beta and installed all the
latest updates, and I noticed that in Evolution the Google calendar
type and contact list type are missing.

In Lucid I had been able to add my Google Calendar to Evolution, as
well as my Google contact list, but in Maverick, when I select New ->
Address Book or New -> Calendar, the Google type is missing from the
  Type drop down box.
