For some reason changes to compiz caused the crash, when i restored to
defaults by erasing all my session details it worked fine the

I have checked there are no crash reports created this is getting
beyond anoying the xserver remains open the mouse moves but the
desktop doesn't respond.

I was installing an applicaiton from previous purchases in software
centre. After about 5 minutes or so, i am unsure what was happening when
it froze but eventallly the screen stops responding and if left the
computer will crash.

Yeah there are no details stored the passwords and keys applications.
There is no output to the terminal ??? this i don't understand I was
sure there was something. After I open the application i created some
accounts then closed the applicaiton. When it was reopened up the
accounts i created are

Every time I login to the desktop and I open Empathy, I am asked to
enter the account details for Facebook, MSN and Gmail and even local
network chat. The next time I login The details are forgotten. Empathy
doesn't remember account details.
