My applications does not listed in that list because they are not installed (it is development binaries that runs from VCS folder), but I found some other applications without icons. One is DBeaver 24.1.4, but it also not installed (I use noJDK edition: https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver/releases/

I don't have .desktop files, in Ubuntu 22.04 icons were shown without it. Yeah, it probably worked before because I was running a session in Xorg. Not sure why this has changed since the update. I'll check the Xorg session on next relogin (on next week). I'm not sure, however, that I'm not on the
